CCM used an anatomically-shaped PE shell in the calf guard that does an excellent job of dissipating impact energy. The new adjustable-length calf strap is fed through this calf wrap and can be customized to perfectly fit calves of all sizes. The internal part of this strap can lengthen or shorten the strap with a quick adjustment of its velcro placement.
The inside of the FT390 shin guard took on a big overhaul too.
