Dave's Sport Shop will ship to any location UPS delivers to inside the United States. Shipping rates are based upon the weight of your order. As you checkout, the weight of the items in your cart will be calculated against the shipping method that you have chosen. Oversized items such as hockey sticks and goalie pads will be charged based on the “dimensional weight” of the order. Some bulky items, although light, are charged based on“dimensional weight” or the space the package occupies in the delivery vehicle.
Packages shipped via UPS Ground usually arrive within 1-5 business days of the date shipped. Packages shipped via USPS Priority mail arrive within 5-10 business days of the date shipped. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Saturday, Sunday and certain holidays are not classified as normal shipping days. If you require a Saturday delivery please call our shipping department at 763-571-4110 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. CST to ensure there are no delays in your priority delivery. Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST will ship the following business day. We will try to contact you if an order will not ship out the next business day. All orders with a different bill and ship to or a change in name will be verified before shipping. You may be receiving a phone call. This usually results in a delay in your order shipping.
There is NO restocking fee whether you return for credit or return for exchange. We want you to be completely satisfied. All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date. All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging. Sharpened Skates are NOT Exchangeable or Returnable. Do not sharpen skates until you are sure that they fit correctly. Special orders, Team Orders, or Other Special Accommodations are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason. Jocks and Undergarments are Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason. Please make sure the item(s) you wish to return meet this criteria before requesting a return. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit is issued, as we reserve the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit. When returning an item we recommend you use either Fedex Ground or UPS Ground so that you get a tracking number with your shipment. We will refund your shipping costs if the error was ours. Otherwise shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for any reason. When returning an item with FREE SHIPPING you will receive a refund minus the actual shipping cost. We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size – we will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. You will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you.
Warranties & Guaranties
All items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship. Abuse, improper care or improper use are not covered by warranty. Items must be seen by our inspection department before any decision can be made. Some warranties are covered directly through the manufacturer so be sure to call before sending any product. Some manufacturers may choose to repair rather than replace an item. Items sent back to the manufacturer for repair or evaluation may take 4-6 weeks.
Refusal of Package
If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
