Outside Sales Representative

We seek an energetic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves selling our embroidery, screen printing, and Direct-to-Film (DTF) services to sports organizations, businesses, and other organizations. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, entrepreneurial thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping clients bring their designs to life. Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and approach potential clients, including sports organizations, companies, and non-profits.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Sales Presentations and Client Engagement:

• Meet with potential clients to present our embroidery, screen printing, and DTF solutions.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations to achieve their branding and apparel goals.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and follow-through.

Performance and Goal Achievement:

• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, including revenue, client acquisition, and retention metrics.
• Provide regular updates on sales progress and strategies to achieve goals.

Creative Problem-Solving:

• Leverage outside-the-box thinking to identify innovative ways to connect with clients and close deals.
• Collaborate with the production team to address client challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.

Creative Problem-Solving:

• Stay informed about trends and advancements in embroidery, screen printing, and DTF technologies.
• Educate clients on the benefits and options available for their projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.
• Ability to think creatively and approach sales challenges with innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Knowledge of embroidery, screen printing, and Direct-to-Film processes is a plus.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, managing time, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.

Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to fabricate and sew garments according to specifications. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.

Duties

• Operate embroidery machines and other equipment to sew and assemble garments and fabrications.
• Follow instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate garment construction.
• Load and unload materials from the sewing machine and other equipment.
• Inspect garments for quality and defects, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other production team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with equipment and machinery.

Skills

• Proficiency with embroidery machines and fabricating techniques.
• Experience with garment construction and sewing.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment.
